The Student Council (生徒会, Seitokai) of Kaimei High School often serves as a foil to the Sket Dan and the two groups are considered to be natural rivals. After the events in chapter 148, the president and general affairs manager stepped down in preparation for their upcoming graduation in Chapter 204.They ensure that the school has no problems and solves them.
