This book contains a recopilation of information about Sket Dance, some highlights from the book:
- Small stickers of the recurrent characters on the first page.
- It has a compilation of a couple of colorspreads/artworks in full color, the first one being the cover for the first shonen jump issue where Sket Dance was featured in (The rest of the book is printed in gray tones, without color).
- You can find Detailed descriptions of the Main Characters along with a artwork of them.
- You can also images and short descriptions of every minor character in the manga.
- It has a "game" where you have to find the real Anthony in a place filled with fake Anthonies.
- It has a transcribed "interview", where ideaki Sorachi and Kenta Shinohara Talks about stuff.
- This book includes the original Oneshot (Akamaru Jump version) in the last pages.

- If you remove the dust jacket, you will see the real cover of the book, this cover is trying to replicate the design of the Kaimei's Handbook that the characters are holding in the dust jacket cover.
- This Fanbook has a second part, called "SKET DANCE Official Fanbook: Kaimei High School Student Handbook 2". The cover of this second part has Tsubaki and the rest of the student council in the same pose as the Sket Dan in the first part.
